Return

Return product to us is easy.

Items returned with resellable condition will receive full credit toward the returned item. Resellable condition must meet the following requirements:

* Original Packaging Material Included
* Original Box Included
* Completed Return Form Included

Shipping will NOT be credited for the returned merchandise.

To arrange a return, simply complete the Reutrn Form and include the completed return form inside the box along with the merchandise. Items received in resellable condition will receive full credit. The procedure of the return is described below:


All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Return items without original packaging and box will be subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the original customer purchase price. Please allow 5-7 business days before your money will be refunded after we have received the return items. All credit will be made to the same account/payment type the original order use at the time of the ordering. (Paypal verified user will be credited back to paypal account)

Wrong Item Received:
There are more than 10,000 items in our inventory, mistake may happen during order processing and shipping. When wrong item is received, please email us at info@inmyshoebox.com , we will send you a return label for you to return your item at no cost to you.

Size does not fit:
We understand sometime the size you purchase may not fit your feet. Simply complete the Return Form and ship to the address specified on the form. We will credit full amount back to your account.

Exchange:
Found another item that you like more than the current one you received? No problem, simply place a separate order online. and then return the one that you do not like. Make sure to complete the return form and check EXCHANGE for the reason of return. We will locate your order in the system for the replacement and credit you the full amount if the replacement order is placed.


You will be responsible to ship the item back. However, when the item is received, shipping will be credited as well.
